Quiet Observations

 

Jesus loves you.  

Yes, you.

He loves you.  Your children.  Your spouse or future spouse.  Your family.  Your friends.  

He loves the downtrodden.  The smallest of babies.  The oldest of men.  Everyone in between.  

Why?

He created you.  He knew you before you were conceived.  He loved you before your parents knew you.  

Jesus loves the children He created.  "Children's children are the crown of the old men; and the glory of children are their fathers."  Prov 17:6.  "And all they children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children."  Isaiah 54:13  He absolutely loves babies, and even warns about stopping them from coming to Him.  In Mark 10, we see "But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not:  for of such is the kingdom of God.

    Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

    And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them."  Mark 10:14-16

We live in a society that does not value life.  It has been lawful to kill our babies in the womb, and our society puts much less value on the elderly as well.  

Jesus loves you from before you were created in the womb until eternity.  He doesn't care the stupid things you do between birth and death.  He knew in advance the things we are capable of doing, will do, etc.  He knows us!  

Don't let anything you've done in your past stop you from accepting His love, His salvation, His eternal life with Him in heaven!  You can't do anything for Him to love you less or love you more.  His love is unconditional.
